GICA Adobe ETLA Options

As you are aware the GICA and ScholarBuys have been in negotiations with Adobe to structure a new three-year ETLA for this October.  New in 2025, the GICA ETLA includes 3 core offerings to choose from:

Option #1 – Creative Cloud Site License

  • Included:  Creative Cloud Apps (includes Acrobat) on 100% of institution-owned computers
  • Included:  Creative Cloud Named-User licensing to cover employees, equal to the institution’s employee FTE
  • Options to add Creative Cloud Student Licensing, Sign Enterprise, and Captivate

Option #2 – Acrobat Site License

  • Included:  Acrobat Named-User licensing to cover employees, equal to the institution’s employee FTE
  • Options to add Acrobat Shared Device, Creative Cloud Named User Employee, Creative Cloud Shared Device, Creative Cloud Named User Student, Sign Enterprise, and Captivate licensing

Option #3 – Creative Campus

  • Included:  Acrobat on 100% of institution-owned computers

  • Included:  Acrobat Named-User licensing to cover employees, equal to the institution’s employee FTE

  • Included:  Adobe Express to cover employees, equal to the institution’s employee FTE

  • Included:  Adobe Express to cover students, equal to the institution’s student headcount

  • Included:  Creative Shared Device licensing to cover all lab/classroom device

  • Options to add Creative Cloud Named User licenses for employees and/or students, Acrobat AI Assistant, Sign Enterprise, and Captivate licensing
In order to secure the Adobe ETLA Group Purchasing Agreement, a “commitment response” indicating which option your institution intends to move forward with is needed by June 30th using the following web form.
