And the sales champ for April is…..Michael Heap! This marks the 7th time this K-12 representative has won the title! He continues to stay dedicated to his schools and providing the best service.

Focus Michael kept his focus on customer service this month as well as staying updated on technology for K-12. He attended a conference and also worked directly with manufacturers to learn about new product offerings. Michael is able to share this knowledge with his customers so their schools are provided with the best technology to fit their environment and budget. By keeping focus on the customer and keeping good communication with manufacturers, Michael was able to quickly solve a problem this month when a customer received a couple of defective units. The units were replaced quickly and Michael made the process easy and streamlined so the school did not have to worry about making sure their school had working technology.

Technology

During April the K-12 team continued to focus on Chromebooks and charging carts. This has been such a large focus due to the demand for this affordable and effective solution. Since 1:1 learning is a growing model in education, schools are looking to fill this need without compromising on budget.

Michael worked with a principal in Mississippi during the month of April to fill his Chromebook needs.
