Brendon has been making visits to Central and Northern Illinois schools to discuss projects and renewals to prepare for the new fiscal year. He visited members of the Federation of Illinois Independent Colleges and Universities (FIICU) from March 30th to April 1st and again on the 8th. These meetings allowed the institutions to meet Brendon in person for the first time to get personalized assistance on their technology needs.
Â
Technology
Brendon met with members of the Information Technology Services staff on campus to discuss technology opportunities and review agreements. Two of the largest enterprise licensing agreements for the consortia are Microsoft and Adobe. Brendon provided updates on these agreements as well as changes within Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, and VMware.
Benefiting the Institution
By having this one-on-one meeting, Brendon was able to provide personalized attention to discuss updates, as well as suggestions for future solutions after seeing their technology environment. He was able to answers any questions about software or hardware first-hand. This personalized attention helps the institution stay up to date and provide the best technology for their campus.
I am very proud of the relationships that I’ve built with my customers. Getting to see their campus and resources first hand is invaluable to the service that we can continue to provide. These visits will allow me to pair future solutions/technology that will best fit their environment.
