Event: MICU Microsoft Windows 10 Workshop

Darren was back on the road again, this time traveling east to meet with members of Michigan Independent Colleges and Universities (MICU). IT engineers and deployment specialists, IT Directors, Helpdesk Staff, and Systems Administrators gathered to discuss and learn about the different deployment methods now available with the release of Windows 10 Education. Another topic was the different servicing branches offered for managing updates and future releases.
Technology
Windows 10 Education has more flexibility with deployment, including device-based activation. Also, this meeting allowed schools to gain a solid understanding of how the servicing branch options will simplify their updates across campus. ScholarBuys bridged all of the schools together with these resources to create a forum where they can share experiences and collaborate. Darren followed-up with the schools after the event to go over any questions that may have come up after the meeting and to make sure they received all the information they need to make their technology use successful.
